The team at Gevir is committed to building a sustainable business that supports our valued customers for years to come. We would like to sincerely thank all of our loyal customers for your continued support through what has been a challenging year! Our significant growth abroad and in turn recent stock shortages have caused frustration and we here at Gevir have taken your messages on board. We want to assure you all that we have reviewed our processes and capabilities and will be managing our stock going forward with our local retailers and website stock levels prioritized above other markets to ensure availability throughout the year.

The last year has brought many challenges and surprises. The partnership with the e-commerce giant Amazon.com to supply Gevir to their customers throughout the world significantly exceeded expectations with literally all of our stock snapped up within days. As a result, we found ourselves constantly in catch up mode and were unable to have consistent stock on shelves in NZ or online. As a premium product, the hand selection of Gevir Deer Velvet from some of New Zealand’s best farmers and our manufacturing process can take up to 3 months to ensure the product we deliver is of the highest quality available.

We aim to have new stock of Gevir – New Zealand Deer Velvet supplement’s available in store or on our website on a consistent basis from April 15th. We will have our Gevir Pets range available soon after with a target of 30 April.
